Postpartum Doula

Through growing her own family while living in a small town in Eastern Colorado, Tara realized that the area was lacking in options for birth, postpartum, and lactation support. She is excited to be able to help fill that gap and to support mothers and families through the transition of adding a new little one.

Tara is a postpartum doula and a certified breastfeeding specialist.

She lives on a farm and ranch in Eastern Colorado with her husband, four beautiful children, and lots of cattle.

She is the owner of Eastern Plains Doula and Lactation Services LLC.
