Services can be scheduled one time, or as a repeating shift with the postpartum doula of your choosing. Our two hour meal planning consult can also help you to create a plan that your family can manage on their own.
Doulas work in 5 hour shifts which can also include grocery shopping if you choose. Don’t worry! They’ll clean up after themselves before leaving.
