Yes, doulas can attend home births. They provide emotional and physical support for the birthing person and their family, help them understand their options during labor and delivery, and provide reassurance and encouragement. 

We find that this question comes up a lot, from both home and hospital birth clients, both thinking that doula support is for the other when in reality, the WAY you choose to birth your baby should never keep you from the support of a doula.
